Wild Child Nail DIY

Five steps to new nails with influencer Jamie Stone

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m always very into animal print nails. That said, you don’t want to go too crazy…which is why I love a subtle snakeskin. You can easily do this (believe me, I’m certainly not a professional nail artist!) and you can even mix up the colors depending on what you’re feeling or what you have available.

Here I chose a really subtle gold and red combo but I also love doing a snake print with green and yellow!  Here’s the easy five-step process to create your own DIY snakeskin nails:

Step 1: Apply 1-2 coats of JAFRA Wanderlove Hot Spot Gel Nail Lacquer in Yellow Brick Road.

Step 2: Use a small square of tulle (or a mesh poof sponge!) and cover each nail, one at a time.

Step 3: Once you hold down the netting, lightly apply Wanderlove Gel Nail Lacquer in Puebla to your nails.

Step 4: Use the netting to dab the Puebla color, creating a snakeskin-like look.

Step 5: Apply a clear top coat and let dry.

That's it! Now your nails have just enough of a wild child vibe. :)
